Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the dry spices in a small bowl.
Step 2
Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in large skillet or pot with lid over medium heat. Add diced onions. Let cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add ground beef. Cook until slightly brown (does not need to be fully cooked at this point)

Mix in all the dried spices
Step 5
Add pasta to the pot
Step 6
Pour in all liquid ingredients. It’s ok if the pasta in not completely submerged.
Step 7
Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Don’t peek! Trust that everything will cook during this step.
Step 8
Take off heat and slightly uncover the pot to vent. Let sit for three (3) to five (5) minutes to allow pasta to absorb the remaining liquids.
