Instructions

Step 1

Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix.

Step 2

In a non-stick pan (or in an oiled pan/skillet), add 1-2 pounds of ground beef or ground turkey over medium heat.

Step 3

Add seasoning over ground beef and mix.

Step 4

Cook until browned.

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
