Instructions
Step 1
Coat a 3 quart (9” x 13”) baking dish with butter and set aside.
Step 2
Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a large pot over low heat.
Step 3
When the butter is melted, add half of the 10 oz. bag of marshmallows add hot chocolate powder to the pot. Stir until fully mixed and melted.
Step 4
Remove pot from heat, add six (6) cups of Rice Krispies and stir until fully mixed.
Step 5
Pour onto buttered baking dish (from Step 1). Use a spoon and/or parchment paper to lightly press mixture to spread evenly in dish. Add extra unmelted marshmallows on top, if desired.
Step 6
Let cool for 15-30 minutes before cutting into rectangles.
